Order policy.

Placing or Changing Your Order 

Online, emailed or phone orders will be accepted or can be changed up to 72 hours before your Event Time or until we have reached our capacity; whichever comes first. 

Cancellation Policy 

Orders can be canceled with a full refund up to 72 hours before your Event Start Time. 

After this deadline, your order may be charged 50% of the total invoice and anything within 24 hours of your event  cannot be canceled, and you will be charged in full, and your order will be executed. 

Payment 

Payments are via credit card only, which will incur a 3% processing fee. 

Orders will be charged in full within 48 hours of your Event Time and the system will email you a receipt. 

In the event your card is declined at the time of processing, you have until 1 hour before your Event Time to provide alternative payment in full or your order will be canceled.
